My name is Sean Gaskin. I am 20 years old and live on Vancouver Island.
Car has a Buick 350ci with TH350 stock except 2.5 inch exhaust and stock carb replacement. The rods and rocker arms were replaced at 55,000, but thats all. I have all the receipts and work records. The GM warranty lasted for the max number of years not miles. Car is now at 90,000 miles. The lady who purchased it new put 78,000 miles on. My dad's friend had it given to him after the lady died and was going to repaint it etc... but his wife would not drive it. Last year my dad asked me to come and look at a car. At the time I had my two ford LTDs, but reluctantly I checked it out. When I first saw the front view I was surprised, because I only found the Century pace car for 76( turbo 6cy)on the net. I sold my Fords and started on the body of this Century. I removed only the trim on the rear wheel wells and painted from the front doors back , the rest is untouched original paint (Sky Blue). Car has bench seats, am radio, no tilt, open diff, and is a four door sedan. Future plans include mached paint, suspension upgrades, and undercarriage detailing. It's Mechanicaly great. |
