"I live in Mechanicsville, VA. This is my 73 Pontiac LeMans.

I bought it a year ago from an old lady for $340 it looked like dog poop. I got a friend to paint it for 80 bucks and got a set of wheels and tires for 500 dollars. Dead stock it ran 17's.

I put in a 400 from a '69 gto with an aluminum intake, 750 edelbrock performer, big lopey cam, 6x head's with a 3 angle valve job, 3400 stall converter, and 3.55 gears in the back. I got the car to run 11.70's for a little less than $1500.

Everybody loves my car even though it has a big huge dent on the front.

I thought I was the only person in America with a '73 Pontiac LeMans, but after seeing this web site I know there are people out there as crazy as I am!"
